Cubicle type switchboard located in HARD lab has two cubicle terminals, a double system of busways and maximal voltage 35 kV. Both of terminals are monitored and cotrolled by digital protections RELION from company ABB. For these protections it is possible to create new configurations and then test their secure functions.
Thanks to the double system of buways we can demonstrate manipulations of switchboard from an ordinary run in practise as switching over systems of buswyas or put a performance switch out of operation during maintenance. Due to measuring transformers of current and voltage that are installed in switchboard, we can evaluate them during their failure states.
The last but not the least the switchboard offers distance operating based on SCADA system when there is an option to manipulate with machines and regulate their voltage without any personal presence in a lab.
